Our Leasing Agent test is a general indicator of the applicant's ability to perform the standard duties of a Leasing Agent, such as completing lease forms, collecting deposits, running credit and background checks, marketing, and tenant screening. This assessment is appropriate for most, if not all, Leasing Agent jobs.
